After you have created a customer account for the first time, we ask you to send us a commercial register extract, a trade license or other proof of commercial activity. After receipt of these documents and subject to a final check, you will then be activated as a commercial customer in the shop system so that you can then view your prices and place orders. We will inform you by email or telephone when your account has been activated.
